Follow the easy steps below to return a product:
1. Download the return/exchange form
2. Package Your Return: Package your purchased item well.
3. Insure and Ship the Package: Star Wedding Ring is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items during the returns shipping process, so ensure you insure your items and send it with registered mail.
4. To speed up the return process please send us the tracking number once you have sent back your exchange/return.
5. Send your return to: S.W.R, PO BOX 68480, London, N16 1ER
Please note that engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a fault with the ring. In some cases we may be able to exchange a personalized ring for a fee.
If a ring is exchanged more than once, there will be a £7 handling fee.
Note: 9ct Yellow Gold Russian Rings are made per order and cannot be returned.

We will not accept returned items that are shipped, improperly packaged, or uninsured. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer.
If an item is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled), Star Wedding Ring will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 21 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account.
