We bought this for my wedding day on 7th September, and i didnt want a bulky wedding ring. Nor did we want to pay an extortionate amount for it, as its only a 2mm ring. Well what can i say, this company is so swift with its service and we got it the next day as we were able to pay for special delivery. The box is beautiful too which it comes in. Well recommended.
I found the wedding ring I was looking for at such a great price compared to high street stores. I ordered a free ring sizer first and then the ring and the size was spot on. The ring itself, even though it's a plain band, looks great and arrived the next day. Really pleased!

The ring itself is stunning. It appears to be great quality and was a great price. What really prompted me to leave a review however was the great service. I ordered a size K online but received an email after placing the order asking if I would like a free ring sizer to check my size before the order was sent to avoid the hassle of having to go through the returns process if it was the wrong size. Having taken them up on the offer, the ring sizer was sent the next day and confirmed I was actually a size L. I confirmed this via email and the order arrived 2 days later. The level of service and promptness of delivery was far beyond my expectations considering the price I paid for this very beautiful ring. I'm a very happy customer

UK Shipping on orders below £50.00 are charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order.
All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail 1st class or Signed For.
We also ship to Europe at £8.00 per order, and to the rest of the world for £10.00 and the item/s will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.
Standard delivery is 1-5 working days, with the exception of specific lines such as custom orders.
Once your ring is ready, you will receive notification of dispatch via email to alert you of delivery.

Follow the easy steps below to return a product:
1. Print out the return form that was attached to your order dispatched email or click here to download our return/exchange form.
2. Package Your Return: Package your purchased item well.
3. Insure and Ship the Package: Star Wedding Ring is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items during the returns shipping process, so make sure you insure your items and send it with Royal Mail only.
4. To speed up the return process please send us the tracking number once you have sent back your exchange/return.

If an item is returned (or an order is cancelled), Star Wedding Ring will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 21 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account.
If a ring is exchanged more than once, there will be a £7 handling fee.
Please note that engraved rings can only be returned or exchanged if there is a fault with the ring. In some cases we may be able to do this for a fee, depending on your purchase.
